From the side close to a vapor production section (1) to the side close to the lips, the heated cigarette filter rod having a natural ventilation function sequentially comprises a vapor extraction section (2) and a functional filter rod section (3); forming paper (4) and tipping paper (5) are provided on the outer side of the vapor extraction section (2) and the functional filter rod section (3); the vapor extraction section (2) is of a hollow structure and comprises a tube wall (21) and a tube cavity (22); the tube wall (21) itself has a ventilation function and does not need to be drilled; and ventilation holes are formed in the tube wall (21), and external air can enter the tube cavity (22) from the ventilation holes in the tube wall (21). The tube wall (21) of the vapor extraction section (2) has a natural ventilation effect, and the forming paper (4) and the tipping paper (5) are used, such that the tube wall of a cooling section can achieve ventilation, and external air can enter a heated cigarette from pores to mix with vapor, thereby preventing problems caused by drilling the tube wall of the cooling section.
