Abstract:
To provide a heated steam generator which reduces a loss of heating to effectively use a heat source when heating steam and delivering the heated steam.SOLUTION: A heated steam generator 10 of the invention includes: a cylindrical heating duct 11 in which steam P is heated by a coil shaped heater 12 provided along a longitudinal direction and from which heated steam K1 is sent; and a heating external cylinder 16 into which air A2 is sent from a bottom part side surface of the heating duct 11 along an outer periphery of the heating duct 11 and from which heated air K2 generated by the air A2 being heated is sent, the heating external cylinder 16 provided at the outer periphery of the heating duct 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
