Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of heater short-circuit trouble due to adhesion of magnesium evaporated from a brazing material to the electrode unit and the like of the heater and simplify the cleaning work of the heater to remove magnesium oxide.
CONSTITUTION: A heater 10 is installed on the internal surface of a wall 8 for a heating chamber for an aluminum vacuum brazing furnace. A heat generating member 15, formed of kanthal wire and the like, and parts of electrode units 16 are received in a box body 13. The opening section of the box body 13 is covered by a heat radiating lid 10a.
