Title:
HEATER DRAIN DISCHARGING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3221960
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the staying of high-energy drain in an ordinary employing line, which is generated by a turbine load fluctuation accompanied by turbine bypass valve test or the like, by a method wherein the bypass valve of a regulating valve, installed in the ordinary employing line, is opened forcibly upon the reduction of a load.
CONSTITUTION: Drain, generated in a moisture separater 10 in a power plant and the like, is reserved once in a drain tank 1, then, is supplied to a low- pressure side feed water heater 2 through a drain tube (ordinary line) 4 and is supplied to a condenser 3 through drain tube (emergency line) 5 as heat source medium. In such a drain discharging device, a regulating valve 6a is interposed in the ordinary line 4 at a position lower than a feed water heater 2 while a drain pipeline is connected to the feed water heater 2, risen up from the regulating valve 6a. On the other hand, a bypass tube, detouring the regulating valve 6a, is provided and a bypass valve 8 is interposed at a position higher than the regulating valve 6a on the half way of the bypass pipe while the bypass valve 8 is controlled so as to be opened forcibly upon the descending of a load.
