Title:
HEATER FOR MELTING SNOW DEPOSITED ON PARABOLOIDAL ANTENNA
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3641023
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To melt snow efficiently with a simple mount mechanism by adhering a heat generating sheet consisting of a thin synthetic resin-made sheer incorporated with a heater generating element to strippable mount and making a slit to the heat generating sheet in the radiation direction.
SOLUTION: A heat generating sheet 2 is formed by inserting a heat generating element 3 formed by arranging a thin strip shaped aluminum foil with a thickness of 15μm in a meandering way between polyethylenetelephthalate-made rear and front sheets with a thickness of 50μm as a sandwich and the surface of the sheet 2 is coated by a coating film. Then an adhesives agent is coated to the rear side of the heat generating sheet 2, which is adhered to a strippable mount 1. The strippable mount and the heat generating sheet 2 are formed to be nearly semi-circular and three slits 5 are punched in the radial direction. Then the heat generating sheet 2 is stripped from the strippable mount 1 and the entire face of the heat generating sheet 2 is adhered closely along with a curved face of a lower half of the front side of a paraboloidal reflecting mirror while the cur side ends of the slits 5 are kept rather open and a connecting terminal 6 led from the end of the heat generating element 3 is connected to a power supply via a plug 7.
