Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater plate capable of being kept warm or being heated appropriately so that a food is not cooled as long as the food is placed thereon.SOLUTION: A heating plate includes a heater section 160 generating heat by energization, and a base plate part 110 and a top plate part 150 sandwiching the heater section therebetween from above and below. When a food stored in a heat insulating food container is placed on the upper surface of the top plate part, the temperature TF at the bottom surface of the food container is 5 degrees or more higher than the temperature TV in a region where the food container is not placed on the upper surface of the top plate part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
