Abstract:

To prevent a heating apparatus equipped with a vapor generation apparatus from stopping vapor generation due to lack of water in the middle of cooking.

The heating apparatus is structured to detect whether there is enough water required to generate sufficient volume of vapor required to heat food at one time with a water level detecting device 28 at heating start. Hence, vapor generation does not stop in the middle of cooking and thus effect capable of preventing failure of cooking is obtained.
