Abstract:
To provide a heating firing device that can mitigate contamination at the time of operation, enables easy cleaning and inspection, and has excellent energy efficiency.SOLUTION: A heating firing device 100 according to the present invention comprises: a super-heated vapor generation device 80 for generating super-heated vapor; and a firing chamber 20 in which an object 101 to be heated is fired by super-heated vapor. Inside the firing chamber 20 is provided a conveyance device 35 for moving the object 101 to be heated. Above the conveyance device 35 inside the firing chamber 20 is provided an upper electric heater 23. Below the conveyance device 35 is disposed the super-heated vapor generation device 80. Below a side part of the conveyance device 35 is disposed a drip receiving part 85. At least a part of the firing chamber 20 has structures (21, 22) that can open the inside of the firing chamber 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
