Abstract:

PURPOSE: To execute high preform bending by irradiating part executing the bending in a material to be worked with heating beam after applying coating agent, partially heating to high temp. to develop plastic deformation and executing the bending to the material to be worked.

CONSTITUTION: The coating agent incorporated in a spraying device 45 is injected toward bending part in the material W to be worked from side part through an injection nozzle 47 and applied on the bending part in the material, W to be worked. The coating agent promotes absorption of the heating beam by using one disolving SiO2 powder and resin (e.g. vanish) into solvent. Further, by turning a table 25, the material W to be worked is positioned on upper face. Successively, a laser beam nozzle 13 is shifted and positioned, and the laser beam irradiates from the laser beam nozzle 13. By this method, thermal absorbing ratio to the bending part in the material W to be worked is improved and stabilized, and the bending can be executed in high working precision.
