To provide efficient heating of a closet seat by reducing the stand-by electric power when in no use for heat insulation of the closet seat in the heating closet seat portion of a heating closet seat device or a hot water washing device for washing the limited part of a human body after evacuation.
This heating closet seat device has the closet seat 1 for a user to sit thereon at the time of the evacuation, a seat cap 3 which covers the closet seat when closed at the time of non-evacuation and is disposed freely turnably so as to be locatable to an upright state at the time of the evacuation, a closet seat heating means 8 which faces the closet seat 1 in the state of closing the seat cover and is disposed on the inner flank of the seat cover and a heating control section which controls the energization to this closet seat heating means 8. The closet seat is, thereupon, heated from the closet seat surface in contact with the human body by using the closet seat heating means 8 energized by the heating control section just prior to the use of the closet seat and, therefore, the efficient heating of the closet seat is made possible and energy may be saved.
