To high-efficiently heat the bottom of a metal container when a substance to be heated charged in the internal part of the metal container is induction-heated through the metal container and to widen an area of heat transfer to the substance to be heated.
In a heating container, an induction coil is situated on the outer periphery of the side wall of the metal container with a bottom, and the metal container is heated through excitation of the induction coil and by a radiation heat from the metal container and through heat transfer. The substance to be heated charged in the internal part of the container is heated, a bottom heating body protruding downward in a state to make close contact with the outside of the bottom of the heating container is provided and the induction coil is provided to heat the bottom heating body.
