Title:
HEATING COOKER FOR SERVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002272605
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To efficiently stir food in a heating cooker for service using a large cooking pan.

A pair of rotating shafts 4 and 4 are provided at the right and left of a cooking pan 1 fitted with heat sources 7, 8, and 9 on its outer bottom. The cooking pan can be tilted by a certain angle about the rotating shafts serving as fulcrums. A plurality of temperature sensors 15 and so forth are disposed in radially appropriately spaced apart relationship within a range of 45 degrees to the right and left about an approximately perpendicular position to the rotational axis of the outer bottom of the cooking pan. The cooking pan is made tiltable even during cooking. The temperature of the cooking pan is detected by the temperature sensors even when the pan is tilted, so that the transmission of electricity to the heat sources is controlled.
