Abstract:
To obtain a heating cooker which can suitably perform high-frequency heating while metal-made cooking equipment is housed therein.SOLUTION: A heating cooker 1 comprises a magnetron 2, control means controlling the magnetron 2, a non-metal made saucer 3 for placing a metal-made cooker thereon, a heating cabinet 1a to which the saucer 3 is detachably attached, and a light receiving portion 4 detecting whether the saucer 3 is attached to the heating cabinet 1a. The saucer 3 has a flange portion 3a preventing contact between the cooking utensil placed on the saucer 3 and a wall face portion 1b of the heating cabinet 1a. The light receiving portion 4 detects the presence or absence of the attachment of the saucer 3 by detecting the flange portion 3a in the heating cabinet 1a. The control means performs first control when the saucer 3 is attached, and performs second control when the saucer is not attached. An output of the magnetron 2 when the second control is performed is lower than an output of the magnetron 2 when the first control is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
