The heating cure device is of such a structure that two pieces of air supply and exhaust hose connected with a heater are connected with a form with the interior compartmented like a lattice by a strip-like plate. In addition, a hot air ventilation hole for ventilating a hot air supplied to the form interior, is formed in the strip-like plate. The heater supplies the hot air into the form by sending the hot air to one of the air supply and exhaust hoses which is connected with the heater, Meanwhile, the supplied hot air is exhausted from the other air supply and exhaust hose to the outside of the form, passing through the form. Besides, two pieces of temperature sensor are arranged inside the form, and a control device makes a comparison of temperature data obtained through measurement by the temperature sensors and supplies the hot air from the air supply and exhaust hose connected with the low temperature side so as to avoid the generation of a temperature dispersion inside the form.
