Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device for forming a curved plate enabling anybody to produce a stable heating state.
SOLUTION: A base supporting arm 12 supporting a base of a gas torch burner 2 for heating and a shaft supporting arm holding a shaft part of the gas torch burner 2 are vertically disposed to a moving truck intermittently moving on a flat steel plate. The shaft supporting arm 13 is constituted to move up and down, and a burner holding tool 14 is rotatably disposed on the end of the base supporting arm 12. The gas torch burner 2 is pivotally supported on a position eccentric from the rotary center of the burner holding tool 14, and relatively movably held in the end of the shaft supporting arm 13 on the shaft center of the central axis of rotation of the burner holding tool 14. The burner holding tool 14 is rotationally operated, the end of the gas torch burner 2 for heating is brought into circular motion having the holding part of the shaft supporting arm 13 as a fulcrum, and the shaft supporting arm 13 is controlled to move up and down interlocking with the rotational operation of the burner holding tool 14.
