Abstract:
To efficiently heat a heating object.SOLUTION: A conductive film heater apparatus 70, which is a kind of a film-type heater apparatus, comprises a conductive film heater 80, pieces of wiring 71A and 71B, and an emergency stop device 87. The conductive film heater 80 comprises: a conductive film 82; and electrodes 81A and 81B which are provided on both sides of the conductive film 82 and are electrically connected to the conductive film 82. The conductive film heater 80 has such flexibility that it can be fitted to a curved-surface body as a heating object. The pieces of wiring 71A and 71B are respectively connected to the electrodes 81A and 81B so as to supply power thereto. The emergency stop device 87 comprises: a determination part 93 which detects an electrical condition; and a switch 95 which stops the power supply via the pieces of wiring 71A and 71B upon detecting an emergency condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
