This heating device is equipped with a heating means 20, provided to face the plurality of objects 1 to be heated, for radiating infrared ray to the objects 1 to be heated, a temperature measurement/temperature adjustment means for adjusting temperature of the heating means 20, a plurality of holding fixtures 25 for aligning and holding the plurality of objects 1 to be heated respectively and for holding the plurality of objects 1 to be heated while rotating, a transportation means 18 for transporting the objects 1 to be heated along the heating means 20 while pulling the plurality of holding fixtures 25 and a cooling means for cooling the objects 1 to be heated.
