To simplify device structure and assembly of a heating device structured by using a three-phase induction appliance.
A heating device includes: a three-phase induction appliance 2 in which three leg iron cores 21 are triangularly arranged, and that has a yoke iron core 22 that connects the top ends of the leg iron cores 21 to one another and the bottom ends of the leg iron cores to one another; and a heating container 3 inside of which a target to be heated is placed and that is directly energized by the three-phase induction appliance 2. The heating device is structured such that, while output terminals 23 of the three-phase induction appliance 2 are triangularly arranged, input terminals 31 of the heating container are triangularly arranged, and the heating container 3 is placed at the top or at the bottom of the three-phase induction appliance 2, the output terminals 23 of the three-phase induction appliance 2 and the input terminals 31 of the heating container 3 are composed to oppose each other.
