PURPOSE: To enable heating heat medium even when the flow of the heat medium is stopped for a long period of time by filling a pot with a regenerative material and discharging the heat of the regenerative material to the heat medium when the temperature of the heat medium is less than predetermined value.
CONSTITUTION: A pot 2 is filled with regenerative material 1, and a heat medium flow path 8 is penetrated through the pot 2. A heat exchanger 3 is formed in the heat medium flow path 8 within the pot 2, and a heater 4 and a thermo switch 5 are provided in the regenerative material 1. Thus, when the temperature of the heat medium introduced into the heat exchanger 3 from one end of a heat medium flow path 8 is less than predetermined value, it is possible to discharge the heat of the regenerative material to the heat medium through the heat exchanger 3, and hence even when the flow of the heat medium is stopped for a long period of time, the heat medium can be heated.
