Abstract:
To provide a heat generator heating up at high speed and maintaining a high exothermic temperature.SOLUTION: A microwave heating device 10 includes: a quartz heat generating tube 20 with airtightness; a reflector vessel 40 for storing the heat generating tube 20; and a microwave oscillator 50 for oscillating a microwave in the reflector vessel 40. An inside of the heat generating tube 20 is filled with a carbon heating material 70 made of carbon particulate matter 70M, and a noble gas is encapsulated therein. The diameter of the heat generating tube 20 and the filling rate of the carbon particulate matter 70M are set in the ranges of 3-30 mm and 0.05-0.17, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
