Abstract:
PURPOSE: To exactly take out a heated work by reducing an installation area by a vertical furnace and efficiently heating a work while rotating a gear plate which places the work.
CONSTITUTION: A work placing rotor 9 having a plurality of gear pates 6 having many work containing grooves 7 on an outer periphery and a heat insulator 9 is supported vertically rotatably in a furnace chamber 5 surrounded by a refractory heat insulation wall 3 having a work acceptance port 1 and a work delivery port 2 and opposed with a plurality of gas burners 4 directed inward to be intermittently rotatable by drive means, and an expelling pawl 11 for discharzing the work A is provided at the port 2.
