Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the breakage of grids and legs when the grids are expanded thermally by a method wherein the legs of at least three corners among four corners of the grids are supported through spherical bodies capable of being rolled in horizontal directions.
CONSTITUTION: At least three legs at three corners among the legs 5 of grids 4 are supported through spherical bodies 23 capable of being rolled in horizontal directions respectively. When works 30 are heated and the grids 4, exposed to a high temperature as same as the works 30, are expanded thermally into transversal and/or lateral directions in a horizontal surface upon heating the works 30, three pieces of legs 5, supported through spherical bodies 23, are moved smoothly and laterally in accordance with the N standard position of thermal expansions of the grids 4 based on standard position of the remaining one leg. According to this method, a distance between two legs among four legs can be changed in accordance with the thermal expansion of the grids whereby the application of excessive heat stress on the grids or the legs can be prevented. Accordingly, the breakage of the grids or the legs can be prevented.
