Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat and dry a cylindrical work without unevenness, by bringing the cylindrical work into contact with both of a flat conveyor belt and a bottom-up plate, and letting the cylindrical work pass by a high-frequency heating coil while rotating the cylindrical work, according to the shifting of the flat conveyor belt.
SOLUTION: A cylindrical press processing part 2 is carried out in the direction of advance of a flat conveyor 3 while rotating on a flat conveyor belt 5 due to such condition that it straddles the flat conveyor 5 shifting with a fixed bottom-up plate 4 when shifting with the flat conveyor 3, and it passes within a high-frequency heating coil 7, and the cylindrical press processing part 2 is heated and dried. In this case, a guide 8 is attached in the direction of advance of the flat conveyor 3, and further it is made possible to adjust the bottom-up plate 4 vertically with a linear motor 9, and a resin spacer 10 is interposed between the bottom-up plate 4 and the linear motor 9. Hereby, it can be heated and dried without unevenness regardless of the type of the high-frequency heating coil.
