A heating plate bundle 4 is formed of many deformed plates 14, 15 held together in contact with each other mounted in a tangential and radial directions in a heating carrier having a cell divided in a trapezoidal shape. The bundle 4 is assembled by the many plates 14, 15 in contact with each other, the plates 14, 15 are disposed in a sandwiching state, and coupled at welding point 16 to form deformed plate pair. That is, shape stable hollow case-like carrier and composite plate are formed. The shape stability proved by the points 16 is completed by the outer bar material 20 of a vertical direction provided at the outer deformed plate pair.
