Abstract:
To reduce felt temperature when a heating pot is touched by one's hand, despite a structure that has a metallic plate outside a lid.
The heat reached at outside of an outer lid 31 when rice is cooked or heated is restrained from conducting itself to the metallic plate 42 by a space 41 between the outer lid 31 and the plate 42. So, though the pot is structured as the plate 42 is put outside of a lid 26, the felt temperature when the outer surface of the plate 42 is touched by one's hand can be reduced only by forming the space 41 between the outer lid 31 and the plate 42.
