Title:
HEATING-RESISTOR TYPE AIR FLOWMETER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3255269
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating-resistor type air flowmeter having the excellent accuracy without the effect caused by temperature change on the output characteristics.
SOLUTION: A heating-resistor type air flowmeter has a constant-temperature control circuit 10, which detects a heating current for heating a heating resistor 1 and outputs one voltages signal V1, and an output-characteristic adjusting circuit 20, which inputs the voltage signal V1 and another reference voltage VREF outputted from a reference power supply circuit 30, adjusts and processes both voltage signals and outputs an output signal V0 indicating an air flow rate. A current detecting resistor is composed of a compound resistor 2a, wherein the derived function of second order of the resistance characteristic for the temperature change in the specified temperature range is made to be negative so that the changing rates of the temperature coefficients of both voltage signals, which are adjusted and processed by the output-characteristic adjusting circuit 20, have the same code characteristic.
