Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating stirring device that improves mixing in the entire inside of a pot in a general foodstuff, that loosens (stirring, mixing, and heat-transferring) a mass of a long foodstuff such as noodles with satisfactory shape retention and efficiency, and that makes uniform mixing and frying possible.SOLUTION: The device is characterized in that it includes: a kettle like stirring container 3 for injecting and heating a foodstuff for stirring/cooking; a main stirring driving shaft 5 which is provided in the upper part of the stirring container 3 and which is rotatably driven by a driving source 35; a stirring turning part 7 which is supported on the main stirring driving shaft 5 and which turns relative to the stirring container 3; a stirring driving shaft 9 which is rotatably supported on the stirring turning part 7 around the main stirring driving shaft 5, which is configured to be interlocked with the main stirring driving shaft 5, and which rotates and revolves by the turning of the stirring turning part 7; a scraping blade 11 which is installed in the stirring driving shaft 9 and which scrapes and moves inside the stirring container 3 by rotation and revolution; and an outer peripheral revolution part 13 which is supported on the stirring turning part 7 side, which is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the scraping blade 11, and which revolves and moves inside the stirring container 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
