PURPOSE: To stabilize the flow of hot air within a heating chamber by forming the diaphragm surface of a hot air flow generating chamber and a heat insulat ing plate by one sheet of a throttle plate.
CONSTITUTION: A suction port 18, a blast port 19, and a diaphragm 8 of a hot air flow generating chamber are formed into a hot air generating chamber 28 by one sheet of the throttle plate, and a heater 7 is provided at a position adjacent to the blast port 19. A sirocco fan is formed by a diaphragm 12, the suction port 18, a part of the diaphragm 8of a hot air flow generating chamber 8, a fan 6 for blasting and a blasting fan driving motor 11. Around the outer periphery of the hot air flow generating chamber 28 is provided a throttle plate 10 analogus to the diaphragm 8 of the hot air flow generating chamber with an air layer 9 and formed by a single throttle plate. As a result, the flow of hot air is constantly stable irrespective of products or temperature variation, and the rear wall surface 13 of a heating chamber is reinforced by the heat insulating plate 10 of a single analogus throttle plate. Thus, the quantity of thermal deformation is reduced, and a hot air flow stable in directivity can be fed into the heating chamber 2.
