This helmet comprises a hat body main member 1 and a hat body covering member 2 installed to cover an area extending from the front of the hat body main member 1 to the rear of the vertical part and is provided with a front opening composed of an opening 2b formed in the front edge of the hat body covering member 2 and an opening 1b formed in the front edge of the hat body main member 1 and a rear opening composed of an opening 2d formed in the rear edge of the hat body covering member 2 and an opening 1e formed in the upper occipital part of the hat body main member 1.
