PURPOSE: To reduce influence on a metallic mold and an outer plate by keeping long heating time by heating the terminal part of the outer plate of a hemming working part until a work is delivered out after it is mounted on the mounting part of a hemming working device.
CONSTITUTION: The terminal part plane of the mounting part 11 except the plane where a coil 13 for high frequency induction heating to which insulation process is applied is confronted with the curvature part 4b of the terminal part 4 of the outer plate 2 is covered with a magnetic shielding material 14, which prevents leakage flux in a direction other than the direction of the curvature part 4b from occurring. When the coil 13 is energized, the curvature part 4b of the terminal part 4 of the outer plate 2 located in magnetic flux is heated, and an area to heat the surface side of the outer plate 2 is decreased, which decreases an adverse effect such as heat distortion on the outer plate 2. Also, since the curvature part 4b of the outer plate 2 is heated, spring back can be reduced and hemming working can be facilitated.
