Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a herbicide compsn. which is prepd. by combining three compsn.; specific phenoxyalkanoic acid or its deriv., a soil treating type barnyard grass (Panicum crusgalli.) control agent and a broad leafed and Cyperaceae weed control agent, has a broad treatment suitable period with paddy fields and is necessitated to be sprayed just once.
CONSTITUTION: This herbicide compsn. is prepd. by combing (A) the compsn. of the formula (R1 is 1 to 3C alkyl) or its deriv., (B) at least one kind of the soil treating type barnyard grass (Panicum crusgalli.) control agent and (C) at least one kind of the broad leased and Cyperaceae weed control agent, is capable of controlling not only the annual weeds but hardly controllable perennial weeds as well and is harmless to crops, such as paddy. The component A is preferably 2-[4-(2-fluoro-4-cyanophenoxy)phenoxy]propionic acid, its salt, its amide and its alkylester and is more particularly preferably n-butyl-(R)2-[4-(2- fluoro-4-cyanophenoxy)phenoxy]propionate, etc. Surfactants may further be added to this compsn. The compounding ratios of A:B:C are 1:0.1 to 100:0.1 to 100 (by weight).
