PURPOSE: To prevent a nose from occurring by fitting an inserting part in the connection of an inlet muffler in a slip part of a cylinder head, while constituting a projection part of a latching claw part in the connection of the inlet muffler to be clamped to a recess latching part of this slip part of the cylinder head.

CONSTITUTION: In connection of the inner part of a compressor 1, a suction tube 1a is connected to an inlet muffler 11 at a connecting part 1c via a joint spring tube 1b. In this inlet muffler 11, an inserting part 13a installed in its connecting part 13 is inserted into a slit part of a cylinder head 8 whereby the position is clamped without any lost motion, and a projecting part 17 (or a recess) at the tip of a latching claw part 16 installed in the connecting part 13 is fitted in a recess latching part 19 (or a projecting part) of the slit part 18 of the cylinder head 8 whereby it is surely clamped tight. Consequently, any noise due to backlash or lost motion is no longer emitted.
