A gap between a piston 116 and a valve plate 117 inclines an opening edge surface 114a of a cylinder 114 of a cylinder block 115 such that the surrounding of an ejection hole is made to be wider than the part opposite to the ejection hole 119 with respect to the center of the top end surface 124 of the piston 116. Thereby, the flow of actuation fluid in the compression chamber is improved by performing easy working without additional capital investment, moreover, remaining actuation fluid is reduced, thereby, re-expansion is reduced and the productivity and efficiency can be improved.
