Title:
HERMETICALLY SEALED ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1182305
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To improve efficiency, and lower the generation of noise by forming a part having high flexibility between a fixed end and a valve seal part in a hermetically sealed electric compressor provided with a suction valve and a discharge valve on a top dead canter side of a cylinder.

In hermetically sealed electric compressor, a suction valve 7A of a head suction hole 8a tightly sealed in a suction stroke that a piston is moved from a top dead center to a bottom dead center is opened so as to suck a refrigerant into a cylinder. This suction valve 7A has a valve discharge hole 7b at a fixed end thereof and a valve seal part 7a for tightly sealing a head suction hole 8a at a free end thereof. This suction valve 7A is provided with plural softened holes 7c between the valve discharge hole 7b and the valve seal part 7a. With this structure, the valve 7 is bent from both ends of the softened holes 7c, in which valve width is narrowed, maintaining the softness of the suction valve 7A, and while damage of the valve is prevented, and a hermetically sealed electric compressor having high efficiency and high reliability, of which noise is lowered, can be obtained.
