Abstract:
To provide a hexagon belt having a sufficient durable life even if used under a traveling condition coping with the small-diameter formation of pulleys and the shortening of a distance between the pulleys, and under a traveling condition accompanied by a twist.SOLUTION: A hexagon belt 10 comprises an inside rubber layer 11, an outside rubber layer 12 and a core body 13. The inside rubber layer 11 is arranged as a portion at the inside of a radial direction, has a trapezoidal cross section, and is formed having a plurality of internal peripheral side cog groove parts 14 which are aligned along a peripheral direction. The outside rubber layer 12 is arranged as a portion at the outside in the radial direction, has a trapezoidal cross section, and is formed having an external peripheral side cog groove parts which are aligned along the peripheral direction. The core body 13 has a sheet material 23 which is set larger in a width than a thickness. A width direction of the sheet material 23 which is arranged between the inside rubber layer 11 and the outside rubber layer 12 is brought into a state progressing along a width direction of the hexagon belt 10, and a thickness direction of the sheet material 23 is brought into a state progressing along a thickness direction of the hexagon belt 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
