To provide copolymers and terpolymers that are soluble in aqueous solvents containing high percentages of alcohol, such as greater than 50% alcohol, and comprise vinyl acetate and isopropenyl acetate.SOLUTION: The present invention provides copolymers that comprise a) vinyl acetate and b) isopropenyl acetate and are greater than 90% hydrolyzed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
