Abstract:

To obtain a high-density compressed bonded magnet, having high magnetic characteristics, while maintaining high productivity.

This compressed bonded magnet R is obtained, by compression molding a composition M for resin magnet prepared by mixing magnetic powder in a binder, composed of a thermosetting material in a scattered state. The thermosetting material is one which is cured within 60 seconds; and at manufacturing of this magnet R, the composition M for resin magnet is cured and released from a mold within 60 seconds by heating the binder, under a state where the composition M is pressurized under at 7-20 tons/cm2.
