To provide a resin composite which can form a resin film having a high dielectric constant and a low dielectric dissipation factor.
[1] This high dielectric constant resin composite contains powder of strontium titanate in which an average particle diameter is ≥0.05 μm and ≤0.5 μm, and an average particle diameter/the diameter equivalent to a specific surface area obtained by BET is ≥1 and ≤3, and aromatic liquid crystal polyester.[2] The powder of strontium titanate can be obtained by firing a mixture including a titanium compound and a strontium compound at temperatures of ≥300°C and ≤800°C in an atmosphere that hydrogen halide of 1 to 30 vol.% is contained, and firing the mixture at temperatures of >800°C and ≤1,100°C in an atmosphere that hydrogen halide is not contained substantially.
