Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high expansion foam fire extinguishing system capable of achieving excellent fire extinguishing performance both for a fire by water-insoluble fuel and for a fire by a water-soluble fuel while acquiring a desired expansion ratio even when smoke is sucked, and provide a foaming method of the high expansion foam fire extinguishing system to achieve the above.SOLUTION: A high expansion foam fire extinguishing system 1 uses a foam aqueous solution including a foam stabilizer in its composition which is an aqueous solution of a foam fire extinguishing agent whose kinetic viscosity is 25-50 mm/sec under the condition of a liquid temperature of 20±1°C, and whose dynamic surface tension measured at a life time of 100 msec by the maximum foam pressure method under the condition of a liquid temperature of 20±1°C 25-32 mN/m, and improves fire extinguishing performance for a fire by water-soluble fuel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
