To provide a woven or knitted fabric having a high fastness in the especially deep-colored or deep-colored woven or knitted fabric of a polyester fiber with a cellulosic fiber, without causing decoloration, contamination, color transfer, etc., even by repeatedly washing the woven or knitted fabric, and almost not causing discoloration or decoloration by light, sweat or wearing for a long period of time.

This woven or knitted fabric includes a spun-dyed polyester fiber containing 0.5 to 5.0 mass% colorant based on the whole amount, and a spun-dyed cellulosic fiber containing 0.5 to 5.0 mass% colorant based on the whole amount, the mixed use weight ratio (A/B) of the spun-dyed polyester fiber (A) to the spun-dyed cellulosic fiber (B) is (80/20) to (20/80), in the case that the woven or knitted fabric is the woven fabric, having ≥20 and ≤45 WCF (covering factor) of the woven fabric and in the case that the woven or knitted fabric is the knitted fabric, having ≥15 and ≤30 KCF (covering factor) of the knitted fabric.
