To obtain a high-frequency amplifying circuit which has small deterioration in output electric power at the time of intense input, is stable against a thermal runaway, and facilitates input matching, and a transmitter, a receiver, and a transmitter receiver using the same that have a wide dynamic range and superior receiving performance and transmitting performance and are stable by using the high-frequency amplifying circuit for functions of transmission and reception.
Disclosed is the high-frequency amplifying circuit comprising a bias circuit composed of a current mirror circuit, an emitter follower circuit having a transistor for biasing, and a common emitter amplifying circuit having a transistor for amplification. The base of the transistor 45 for biasing is grounded by a grounding capacitor 101, the emitter of the transistor 45 for biasing is connected to the emitter of the transistor 5 for amplification through a grounding resistance 104 and a grounding capacitor 105, and the emitter of the transistor 43 for biasing is connected to be grounded.
