Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a mold structure which can finely adjust the distance between the flow-out hole of a crucible and the casting hole of a mold and the position under consideration of centrifugal direction and inertial direction.
CONSTITUTION: A crucible holding part 31 integrally holding the crucible in the condition of including the crucible in an induction coil and the mold arranged so as to be faced to the crucible held with this crucible holding part 31, are fitted to a casting arm 4 connected with a rotatary shaft at this center. Holding metallic tools 33a, 33b for holding the crucible holding part 31 can be shifted (in the centrifugal direction X) along sliding shafts 32a, 32b. Further, a centrifugal direction shifting mechanism part regulating the shifting of the holding metallic tools with a stopper 34 and a rotating direction shifting mechanism part which can shift to the right and left direction Y (rotating direction) by inserting into a sliding lever 36 and also, can shift the crucible holding part 31 to the right and left direction Y (rotating direction) by rotating an adjust screw 37, are provided.
