Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency circuit element , a resonator, a filter, a duplexer, and a high frequency circuit apparatus, which are small-sized and allowed to cause a low loss .
SOLUTION: An electrode film comprising a conductor film and a dielectric film is formed on the surface of a substrate to configure the high frequency circuit element such as the resonator, the conductor film 2 is formed in a way that parts of the film 2 are overlapped when the film 2 turns around the circumference of the substrate 1 once or over when viewing a prescribed cross section of the substrate, and the dielectric film 3 is inserted to the overlapped parts. Thus, the overlapped parts of the conductor film configures a self-capacitance part CA, which stores electric field energy, and the inside of the substrate 1 stores magnetic field energy. The high frequency circuit element is downsized as a whole by the step impedance structure.
