Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency dielectric heating device that can suppress unevenness in heating without being affected by a printing pattern of an object.SOLUTION: There is provided a high frequency dielectric heating device heating an object by using a high frequency power source supplying a high frequency power, the high frequency dielectric heating device comprising: a first electrode 11 that is a planar electrode and includes a circular hole part in a surface of the planar electrode; and a second electrode 12 that is a columnar electrode elongated in a height direction, where an end of the columnar electrode is located in the vicinity of the hole part in the first electrode 11 and is located inside an area of the hole part when seen from the vertical direction of the first electrode 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
