PURPOSE: To contrive a smaller overall size by connecting a temperature sensor to a wall surface of a heating chamber perpendicular to a turnable by a jack, and providing a rotatable holder on a surface opposed to the turntable.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of rotating a turntable 5 with a food 6 placed thereon, a cable 9 for a temperature probe 7 tends to be vibrated concurrently with the rotation of the food. In this case, a holder 11 provided at an oven ceiling 1A is rotated, whereby a vibrating force is converted into a rotational motion, and a plug 10 is rotated concurrently with the rotation of the food 6. The plug 10 and contacts 13a, 13b are formed of soft conductive materials such as copper, so that rotating contact parts are not scratched, and the plug 10 is rotated smoothly. The plug 10 makes about a 1/4 rotation per one rotation of the food 6, and is maintained in contant contact with the contacts 13a, 13b, so that stable signal transfer is achieved therebetween. In use of a high-frequency heater, also, a jack 12 is hardly contaminated because it is provided at a wall surface 1B of the oven.
