PURPOSE: To enable to accomplish both of selection of cooking modes and the temperature control of a heater by a single control means, by interlocking a temperature controlling means to a control means which is designed to be capable of selecting a plurality of cooking modes through change-over of switches.
CONSTITUTION: A shaft 9 having a plurality of cams 3W8 fixed thereto is supported, in a freely rotatable manner, in the case 2 of a control means 1 which is adapted for selecting the cooking modes, and change-over switches SW10WSW15 are provided to correspond to respective cames 3W8. A control dial 10 is attached at one end of the shaft 9 and an oil thermostat 11 is attached to the other end of the shaft 9. When the control dial 10 is turned around an indicating plate 13 on which various cooking modes are indicated, switches SW10WSW15 are turned ON and OFF by cams 3W8 and heating operation is started by an oscillation circuit OSC of a high- frequency heating apparatus. Here, the inner space to be heated can be kept always at a required temperature by the thermostat 11 which is turned ON and OFF by a thermostat switch SW25.
