Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency heating device capable of increasing efficiency and with stable heating.
SOLUTION: This microwave oven comprises a magnetron 22 and a waveguide 23. The waveguide 23 is composed of a joint 23A and matching parts 23B and 23C. The magnetron 22 comprises a magnetron antenna 22A and the magnetron antenna 22A protrudes to the joint 23A. One end of the joint part 23A is connected to the matching parts 23B and the joint 23A has a structure of non-changeable cross section in the horizontal direction. The matching parts 23B and 23C have a structure of a cross section larger as being close to a heating chamber side face 21A. An antenna 24 is provided on the connecting part of the matching parts 23B to 23C on a mica plate 25.
