To provide a high frequency heating device which has a simple structure with high workability and enables uniform heating in a direction of arrangement of electrodes.SOLUTION: A high frequency heating device 1 includes: a housing 10 whose interior is partitioned into three tiers in a height direction; a heating part 30A disposed at a middle tier part 30 and including an upper electrode plate 31 and a lower electrode plate 32 for placing an object to be heated, which are disposed facing each other; a lifting part 21 which is disposed at a lower tier part 20 and moves up or down the lower electrode plate 32; and a power supply part 41 which is disposed at an upper tier part 40 and supplies high-frequency electric power to a space between the upper and lower electrode plates 31, 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
