PURPOSE: To seek to reduce the rush current of a high voltage transformer by actuating a relay which controls high voltage transformer phase after the specified time after relay control power source voltage which controls other objects to be controlled lowers and reaches the balanced condition.
CONSTITUTION: The constitution is so arranged that a control signal R3 for a phase control relay 2 is turned on after the lapse of specified time after control signals R1 and R2 for relays to control a lamp, a fan motor, etc. become ON at the start of cooking, and those relay contacts become ON and control power source voltage VM for the relay lowers and then gets balanced. Then, the voltage VM becomes equal with the voltage when the control voltage R3 for the relay 3 becomes ON at the time of intermission. Hereby, the rush current of a high voltage transformer 5 becomes small at all times both at the start of cooking and at intermission and an attracting sound by the generated magnetic field also becomes small and it becomes excellent with a relay which is small in contact rating and rated capacity and the cost-down and the miniaturization become possible.
