Abstract:

PURPOSE: To heighten a utilization factor, carry out load temperature control individually, and heat materials to be heated precisely.
CONSTITUTION: Output of DC electric power supply 1 is converted into a high frequency alternating current by an inverter 2, and voltage is transformed by a transformer 3, and is inputted to heating coils 5-7 through a capacitor 4 and semiconductor switches 21-23. A control device to control the inverter 2 is arranged so that the capacitor 4 and the selected single heating coil can conform to each other when the semiconductor switches 21-23 are switched to/from each other. In this control device, temperatures at which materials 8-11 to be heated are heated by the heating coils 5-7 are detected by temperature detectors 14-16. The detected temperatures are converted into electric signals by transformers 24-26, and are held by hold circuits 27-29, and a difference between the hold value and a preset value is amplified by an error amplifier 30, and the inverter 2 is controlled.
